mimpi mimpi dunia: How I Met Yunalis Zarai

Recently, I noticed that Dan Sebenarnya is getting a great airplay on the radio.I want to share this.

It's all started back in 2007 or early 2008 (I can't really remember), my friend Alfian who loves the band,Oh Chentaku chatting with me about this band. He even send me all the songs. Later he send me link to a video, showing a girl playing cover of polaroid (the band's song). Guess who it is? Yuna, start her magic by playing her piano. I must said that I'm literally pause, the moment those finger strike the piano. It was beautiful.

Like many others would do, I constantly search for her other songs on the net, add her on myspace and so on. The first live performance of Yuna I ever watch was during Urbanscapes 08. The acoustic livehouse was packed and I was lucky enough to secure a place standing just a little right to the door. I can't move but that is not stopping me from enjoying her music. I think she played rocket for the first time there.

On 12 Oct 08(after Hari Raya), I went to her EP launch and once again I have to say that it was the best show I ever watch. 250 tickets-sold out,the place is exclusive and everything is perfect,well...almost perfect because I wish Nur Aliah was there to see the show with me. I went with Aidzat.Thanks to Wani (bought us the ticket)and her friends.

To Yuna, I think you have...

inspired a lot of young souls.

set a great example for them.
